The EcoCarrier is consistently designed for commercial use. It is particularly maintenance-free, solid and has a long life cycle. There are two decisive reasons for this. The spaceframe technology and the exclusive use of selected quality components from German serial manufacturers.
EcoParCellTM.
The EcoCarrier is produced with the specially developed EcoParCellTM production method. This system makes a fast and flexible production possible as regards the units produced. EcoParCellTM is the foundation for an economic production according to German quality standards.
Bottlenecks and weaknesses in the production process can be better rectified by paralellising activities. The individual production and mounting activities are carried out on standardised production islands.
From January 2009, the EcoCarrier will go into serial according to this method at VW Sarajewo doo.
