WISDOM is the online diagnosis and service system of EcoCraft. Every EcoCarrier is equipped with it. It allows a fast fault diagnosis via mobile radio network. The individual operation parameters of every van can be checked and set.

The diagnosis allows a direct rectification of the fault or specific repair recommendations. It can be used in more than 120 countries in the world today. A GSM modem in the EcoCarrier, which is linked to the CAN-BUS diagnosis interface, makes this service possible.
